Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, just a street across from Napa strip, making it perfect for those wanting to have a good time. The staff was always willing to help with a smile, which was a huge plus. However, the noise from the nearby bar, Craig's Bar, playing music until early morning hours, was a major downside. The room had some cleanliness issues and the absence of a 'Do not disturb/Clean my room' flyer was inconvenient as housekeeping would knock early in the morning.
My stay had its ups and downs at this hotel. While the room didn't have a balcony as advertised, I had to go back for keys and find another hotel because of the issue. The location right next to the road was not ideal, but the staff were friendly and went out of their way to resolve any issues with full motivation.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms weren't as clean as expected, with a musty smell and various maintenance issues like a broken bathroom window and lack of cleanliness in the toilet area. However, the service was fantastic, especially Linda, who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The location was convenient, nestled between the nightlife of Aia Nappa and the beach. The dining experience fell short, with concerns about hygiene, and the facilities were basic but functional.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, but they had a strange smell of drains lingering in the morning. The service was friendly but a bit unorganized, creating a slightly untrustworthy feeling. The location was convenient and central, perfect for exploring Ayia Napa, but lacked any outstanding features. The dining options were repetitive and in need of improvement.
Even though we had to move to another hotel due to the lack of rooms within the boundaries of the hotel, our stay was never clean. Despite this, the sweetest lady in the world, Linda, made our stay worthwhile with her cocktail service. The price was worth it for her exceptional service.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really spacious with a separate bedroom and bathroom, which was a plus, but I encountered some issues like a dodgy door lock, mould on the curtains, and dirt behind the fridge. However, fresh towels were provided only once during my stay. The cold and very basic atmosphere was a downside, yet the large patio outside added a nice touch.
My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was spacious, clean, and practical, but I was disappointed by its condition. The location was excellent for exploring the area, especially for those looking for entertainment nearby.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not as clean as expected, with dirty sheets and towels, and the all-inclusive option was messy. On the bright side, the service was exceptional, with Linda going above and beyond to assist us. The location was very central, although it could get quite hot in the mornings. Dining options needed improvement, and some aspects were concerning for hygiene.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great for those looking to be near the lively club scene, but not ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The room lacked proper ventilation and was not soundproof, leading to some disturbance. The service was friendly overall, though I did encounter some unhelpful staff members. The dining experience left much to be desired with borderline hygiene standards. However, the hotel facilities were satisfactory.
Unfortunately, I couldn't stay at this hotel as I had trouble finding the keys to the room and opted to book another hotel instead. The room at the back that I did see was never clean and seemed separate from the main house where the breakfast and pool were located.
